Online purchases can only be made by those persons over the age of 18. If we discover that an order has been placed by a person under this age, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.

 

Secure Shopping / Payment Options

 

Your credit/debit card transaction is safe and secure when you place your order online at our website.

Because Internet security is so important to us and our customers, our online shop uses the facility provided by No - Checks systems. We do not therefore store records of credit/debit card details as all transactions are processed by the secure systems at No-Checks systems.

It is a crime to use a false name or a stolen or invalid credit card to order.

Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law without exception. We track the electronic footprint (or IP address) of every order placed on the site to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website. Every purchase order is checked by No-Cecks systems with the card issuer to ensure that the details you have supplied match with those on the card issuers’ database. All cases of fraud and attempted fraud are immediately reported to the Police for investigation.


 

Item Availability

 

We only offer products that are listed on our site.

We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order.

If there are any delays with your order, you will receive an e-mail notification and an option to cancel your order or wait until stock becomes available. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery time will be based upon the delivery method you chose during checkout.

 


 

Delivery Methods & Costs

 

We will endeavour to process and dispatch all orders on the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon on a business day, (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Shipping costs are calculated by your shipping destination and the combined weight of the items purchased.

All orders over £100.00 for delivery in the UK (including The Channel Islands) will be shipped FREE of charge.

If you required a next day delivery service, guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day this is available for an additional charge, please see the above chart.

Orders must be received by 12 noon on the day of ordering to qualify for next day delivery. Any order placed for a next day service received after 12 noon will be processed the following day.

Please bear in mind that these services require a signature on receipt. If you are not at home to sign for the item, your postman will be unable to deliver the package and will leave a card advising of the failed delivery, and providing options for redelivery or collection from your local sorting office. If you fail to collect an item from the sorting office or rearrange delivery within a week of the failed attempt, the package will be returned to us and you will incur charges for redelivery.

For non-delivery of goods, please leave at least 14 days (unless delivery was by Special Delivery) before contacting us.

In the event of goods lost in transit (confirmed by the Royal Mail or assigned courier) we will send replacement goods or offer a full refund on your order, depending on your requirements.

If you supply inaccurate or incorrect shipping address details and items are returned to us because of this, a charge will apply for re-delivery.

As delivery is carried out by the (Royal Mail or assigned courier), we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary.

 

Delivery Outside the UK

For those orders with delivery to other countries outside of the UK (please see our section on delivery rules and restrictions for a list of countries that we ship to), shipping is carried out using the (Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail service or a selected assigned courier) which is expected to take 3 - 4 business days for Europe, and 5 days for the rest of the world. As delivery is carried out by the above services, we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary as these can also be affected by customs inspections.

Taxes

All prices include UK VAT, however EU or International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations.

We are not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.

 

 

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

 

Once placed, orders cannot be directly amended or cancelled via our online shop.

If you want to change or cancel your order after it’s been placed, please contact our Customer Services Department by using either the e-mail address or telephone number provided, between the hours of 9am – 5pm (GMT), Monday - Friday. Please be sure to have your order number with you. If you contact us by e-mail, please provide your order number and full name in the body of the message.

Please note that changes and cancellations to orders cannot be made if we are not notified within a reasonable time before items are dispatched to you. If items have already been dispatched then you will need to go through our returns process, where you will incur postal costs. (Please see our section on returns, exchanges & refunds).

Returning Your Purchase

 

In the United Kingdom

As an online shop based in the United Kingdom we comply with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

This legislation gives UK citizens the right to cancel an order up to 7 working days from the day after which the goods are received by them and they have had the opportunity to examine them. If you wish to cancel an order written notice of this cancellation must be received by us, in the form of a completed return slip by post, fax or email. 

 

Returning Your Purchase

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 21 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods, or exchange for items of the same value. In the case of items shipped as gifts to others, we will gladly exchange them for items of the same value.

We cannot accept the return of a product if it has been used. If an item has been used we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty. If you're returning an item because it's faulty, damaged or sent to you in error (these must be in unopened condition) we will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us. Any replacement items will not incur additional delivery charges.

If you're returning an item because of any reason other than it being defective or damaged, we will not refund the return delivery costs.

We recommend that proof of postage in obtained for returned items, and would also recommend that items are returned using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Signed For (Recorded) or Special Delivery.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the return slip.

Please send all returns to the address which is listed at the bottom of the site.

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 2 weeks of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment only ( via No Checks systems ) to the original purchaser within 30 days (as required by law).

 

In the EU

As distance selling regulations are generally common to other member states within the EU, following a European Directive, we offer the same returns policy as is available to UK customers to EU customers who purchase from us.

 

Outside the EU

For customers outside of the EU, we can only offer returns for defective or damaged items or for those sent to you in error.

 


 

 

Complaints

 

If you feel that you need to make a complaint for any reason, please do so by e-mail or by writing to our customer service address at the bottom of the page.

We will respond to and acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days. All complaints will then be investigated and responded to with a resolution within 30 days.

The security of your personal information is our highest priority. Our data collection and storage is in line with the UK Data Protection legislation.

 

Your name and address details are required to deliver items to you. We ask for your email address so that we can send confirmation details relating to the placement and delivery of your order, and so you can receive our newsletters with information and special offers. We also need this information in order to provide you with a login and account information.

 

We will not sell or disclosed any of your personal information to third parties.
